2.Is there any unique rule of etiquette or taboos in Taiwan that are worth mentioning to our foreign friends as a kind reminder?

3.Different rates to tip in some countries are introduced in this article. There are many restaurants in Taiwan that charge 10% extra as a tip. Do you think it is reasonable? why or why not?
